Stars Of Darley 2009

After a last minute entry into Stars of Darley we decided to go and use the sessions as a bit of practice and time on the bike for Sam. It was going to be a bit of a struggle to be competitive as we was going to be against full superbikes i.e John Mcguniess, Michael Rutter, Richard Cooper etc.

Qualifying went better than expected and with the only change to the bike being a set of slick tyres we ended up in 4th position. The two races for the Stars of Darley was great, Sam rode brilliantly and got 2 3rds which is far beyond our expectations. The whole day ran without any problems and finally Sam got to taste some champagne rather than gravel and grass. Happy Days.
